Zach finished his first year of his master's program, so we decided to head to California to soak up the sun and take a family vacation before his crazy summer job started getting really busy! So we were professional tourists visiting the beach and Disneyland * a special thanks to Reese for getting us in, and my mom for babysitting! But I think Brody wore his Grandma out (or maybe it was the other way around) because they both slept in much later than normal the following day! We also went to SeaWorld and my grandparents house to swim. We about froze to death at the beach, but by the end of the trip we were soaking up the famous California rays! It was a very relaxing trip and so nice to see my family!

Curtis thought he didn't need any sunscreen at SeaWorld and when he finally decided to put some on...it was too late.
His face was radiating heat...ouch!!! Ps: the picture hardly does it justice, he was really red!
We love Grandma and Grandpa Bench's pool, we wish we could live in the cabana!
